Oracle Card 9: Self Acceptance

This card brings a time for deep thinking and reassessment. Look to long-term plans now, future careers and relationships. It may be a time to put every effort into your present situation in order to improve it. The decision now though is up to you. No one else can help. So do not be waylaid. You need to look at situations honestly and you cannot carry on ignoring things in the hope they will change and get better by themselves. Positive action will bring so many exciting rewards for the future, but you do need perseverance. You are strong enough to succeed; otherwise, you would not have drawn this card today.

Sometimes a feeling of isolation accompanies this card - a feeling that no one truly understands - but we need to understand ourselves first before we can expect the same from others.

SELF AND SELF DEVELOPMENT
If you face matters or people and deal with them directly you will be happy with the results. Now is not the time to avoid issues. 'Thoughtful' communication is encouraged in all matters.
HOME AND FAMILY
Someone within the home is causing a problem and must be dealt with firmly but fairly before things get out of hand. Then once calm returns it is time to look at healing the deeper causes.
LOVE EMOTIONS AND ROMANCE
Reassess where you are going within relationships, either you or someone else is expecting too much.
MONEY AND POSSESSIONS
Money, insurance, investments - paperwork and documentation generally, needs to be put in order and dealt with promptly otherwise delays could occur. Check dates and renewals.
WORK, HOBBIES AND CAREER
This is a time to speak your mind. Be diplomatic but determined. Show your strength of character. You will be dissatisfied with yourself if you don't.
HEALTH
Lack of enthusiasm and lethargy are the result of emotional dissatisfaction. Be honest and make any changes necessary.
FRIENDS AND SOCIAL LIFE
If parts of your life or people around you are not giving you support and stability any more then change. Join new clubs, make new friends, and find different interests.
