Personal Healing Visualisations are a set of individually channelled techniques designed to teach you how to use your own imagination to your best Healing advantage at this time.
Angels are able to see exactly what is blocking you or causing you pain and illness. They are also able to understand your personal imagination and can channel specific advice and guidance in order that you can extend your imagination in ways that fully support your own positive self transformation.
Sometimes this will come in the form of Visualisations which are physically based (visualising the cells of your body absorbing certain colours, and becoming healthy for instance); sometimes the instructions will entail you visualising yourself within a more positive future than the one you are presently living.
There is no way to predict what you will receive, as the needs of every person differ so widely, and needs change as Healing occurs.
You can be assured that total focus will be given to you, your life and your truth throughout the sessions.
These sessions are not Meditations. They are sessions that advise you on processes of imagery that will ideally suit you. It is then up to you to make the time to do the Visualisations, in order to fully reap the rewards that they bring.

Receiving your Healing Visualisation
Visualisations are one hour long, or sent as a number of visualisations totalling one hour.
Once your Recording or set of recordings are complete you will be sent a link, via email, with full and simple instructions. You will then be able to download your Visualisations directly onto your computer, allowing you to copy them onto a CD should you wish. Your file will be sent in MP3 format, which also means you can copy it onto your MP3 player.
The option to have your Visualisation typed and sent by email is also available and can be discussed by email when you have placed your order.

Readings/Visualisations cannot make your decisions for you, they simply give you guidance and invite you to take a fresh perspective on life.
