List of Subjects Meditations and Visualisations Working regularly with guided visualisations and meditations has proven to produce amazing results both in healing and enhanced development. Nothing is forced, just gently nurtured and transformed at your own rate. Whether for personal development or life enhancement, I cannot recommend these enough! As your coursework develops you will be offered supportive visualisations and meditations to work with. You can either create these yourself, or have original recordings made and emailed to you.
